Well, because out of all the MG’s that I’ve built this year (which is not alot, looking back) this might be the closest thing that has made me have the same kind of feeling that I get with building the OYW MG Ver. It started off with using the same art from the box art, however when I started to flip the pages I realized that the MG Dynames’s manual probably has one of the best lore section that I’ve seen with the modern MG kits and since it was as well well translated, I really had a blast reading the lore of MG Dynames. Although, I will remind myself not to be too overly excited with what I’m seeing here and rest assured I will keep both my eyes open for this one. But as I go through the manual, I noticed that there were alot of very detailed sub-instructions made for the more complicated section of the kit. However, due to the fact that its size, power consumption and the fact that shooting it would expose the shooter’s location due to the insane heat source it generates from each shot, causes the weapon to only be used once for a specific ‘Veda’ related operations. Kits of this latter type require a degree of engineering common sense on the part of the modeler, as well as extensive test-fitting, to properly assemble.

However, we do have to remember that the Dynames was actually made for combat, whilst the Sadalsuud was only made for testing purposes. Other gimmicks include opening and closing missile hatches on the waist and knees, and GN thrusters! All the parts looked well molded and the details seen on certain sections of this kit do looks insanely good.I could probably just sit down and pose this kit for hours (sadly, my display doesn have much room for that at the moment. Even though yes, I did unbox a P-Bandai MG kit recently, but that was for work, not something that I really wanted to do.
